The only time Balwyn gets busy is of an evening between 6.00pm and 6.30pm on Whitehorse Rd - and I think you will find that is due to our safe 40km limits rather than the amount of traffic. Well done Boroondara for running such a fanastic transport system. I am not sure what part of Balwyn you live in, however, my streets are as quiet as a mouse.
