Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience across various childhood services, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to guide and mentor my team of passionate educators. This experience has also deepened my understanding of the community’s needs and the children I have the privilege to educate and care for. Our programs follow the National Quality Standards, and our Kindergarten educational program is designed by a fully qualified early childhood teacher. Our teachers comply with comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework. I began working in early childhood education in 1999 and joined Great Beginnings Pakenham in 2014. I bring many years of experience across a range of  leadership roles within early learning. Since joining Great Beginnings Pakenham, I have worked as a Lead Educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, and now Centre Manager.
Through structured learning experiences, our Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher and educators are committed to helping your child gain the necessary skills for a successful transition into school and beyond. Our toddler room is set up with intentional play-based learning in mind. Within the curriculum framework, play enables your toddler to develop fundamental skills for life-long learning.
We educate and care for nursery-aged children throughout the day, with dedicated indoor and outdoor learning spaces, plus safe sleeping areas for rest. We create a sense of belonging for your child to ensure they feel heard and empowered to make choices, fostering their independence. We celebrate each child’s unique strengths, helping them to thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment. Children develop early literacy through storytelling, books, songs and meaningful conversations. Educators support children to explore language in many forms, including speaking, listening, viewing, drawing and writing, while building confidence communicating with others.

Our preschool program, led by passionate educators, is tailored for 3 and 4-year-olds and their families. I am incredibly passionate about fostering growth, wellbeing, and confidence during these formative years. I believe that for a child to excel, they must first feel celebrated for who they are.
Our  child’s educators clearly take great pride in their rooms and in the high quality of education they provide. We feel very fortunate to have our child attending four-year-old kinder at this brand new kindergarten and childcare centre. Our dedicated team of educators deliver play-based learning programs that foster a love of learning in a safe and welcoming environment.
We balance curriculum-based and play-based learning to ensure children are set up for success as they transition to school. Create great memories for your kids by choosing stimulating and exciting things to do. We have a spacious, stimulating family day care environment where your child learns, play and interact with other children. Our classrooms are highly spacious, properly ventilated and stuffed with age-appropriate learning materials. We also have a large outdoor play area where your child can play and have fun with similar age group children. Our entire facility is designed keeping the cognitive and academic development of your child, so you can rest assured that your child grows into a responsible individual.

In Victoria, 3 and 4-year-old children are able to access a funded kindergarten program led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher. If eligible, your child will be able to participate in the Government-approved Kindergarten program, at no cost, up to a minimum of 15 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. I am passionate about leading and guiding educators to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
For children with additional needs or behaviours of concern, we collaborate with inclusion support professionals, allied health teams, and our Kindergarten Improvement Advisor. These partnerships help us apply for additional support, develop strategies, and create inclusive, nurturing environments where all children can thrive. Our sustainability program promotes environmental awareness and responsibility among the children through hands-on experiences with our veggie garden and worm farm. Our Pakenham centre is equipped with 98 solar panels, significantly reducing our carbon footprint and teaching children the importance of renewable energy.
