While we offer educational programs to younger children, our 3-year-old and 4-year-old Kindergarten programs offer a structured approach to the children’s education. Our programs follow the National Quality Standards, and our Kindergarten educational program is designed by a fully qualified early childhood teacher. Our teachers comply with day care pakenham comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
After relocating to Western Australia in 2008, I returned to Melbourne in 2017 and have continued to lead early learning services with a strong focus on inclusion, quality, and community. We offer exciting incursion programs at Aspire Pakenham that provide new experiences for the children and help them develop new interests and skills. These cover sport, music, art and drama, and are a highlight for the children at Aspire.

I’m Sue Stonyer, Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader, and Teacher at Pakenham Springs Children’s Centre. I believe children are capable, curious learners who thrive in a play-based learning environment that expands their thinking and inspires a lifelong love of learning. We value our educators and their ongoing professional development, continually building skills, knowledge, and understanding to provide the best outcomes for children and families. We tailor our program to meet the individual needs of every child, working closely with families, educators, and support professionals. Through ongoing communication, feedback forms, and regular meetings, we ensure each child’s strengths and challenges are understood and supported.
At our Pakenham early learning centre, all meals are cooked fresh daily with no processed foods. We are highly allergen-aware and cater to all dietary requirements, including Halal, allergy management, and preferences for picky eaters. Our seasonal four-week rotating menu, planned according to Nutrition Australia guidelines, offers a variety of nutritious options for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack. Little Stars is committed to the safety, security, and happiness of every child that we care for. We have clear and easy to follow parent and guardian information that covers everything you need to know, from our arrivals and departures policy to sun smart policy and more. Every effort is made to establish a healthy and happy environment, where each child is welcome, included, and part of the play and learning.
All meals are thoughtfully planned to align with Australian nutrition guidelines, ensuring every bite supports healthy growth and development. Our skilled chef Amandi leads interactive cooking classes tailored to each age group, encouraging children to discover new flavours and learn new skills. Children enjoy a variety of foods while gaining confidence in the kitchen.

Geoff works across Pakenham and Bass Coast Social Connections, and is at Pakenham on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Enthusiastic and understanding, Geoff enjoys meeting new people and creating a welcoming space. We are a breastfeeding-friendly early learning centre, which means we’re happy to give your infant breast milk in line with our breastfeeding policy. No need for a permanent booking; contact us when you need us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your child in our welcoming environment. That’s where our casual service offers the perfect solution for occasional care with maximum flexibility. At Community Kids, we understand the importance of finding the perfect childcare solution for your family. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to provide accessible and exceptional child care services across Australia. With our dedicated educators, safe and nurturing environments, and a commitment to your child’s growth and development, we are here to support you and your family in your parenting journey. Although we offer both childcare and kindergarten in our centres, the two are different. We offer childcare for children aged from 6 weeks old for families who require care for their children.

To support our families, we offer both permanent and casual enrolment options. Please see our current daily price for child care (long day care) below. We have fully funded, free kindergarten programs integrated into long day care. During the toddler stage, children will learn mainly through relationships and through play. Play is crucial to your  baby’s cognitive development as they develop the ability to think, understand and communicate.
