In our nursery environment, educators focus on building strong, secure and respectful relationships so babies feel safe, settled and supported as they explore the world around them. Our evidence-based Rhythm and Movement for Self-Regulation (RAMSR) program is designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. It is an innovative approach to holistic learning, development and well-being in early childhood. Children build confidence for school through play-based learning, routines, friendships, early literacy, numeracy and growing independence. Every staff in here put every effort into creating a community that nurtures and uncovers each child’s personality. The team here is a village that support the family and works together to achieve goals and milestones!!

At our Pakenham centre, we provide high-quality early education and care in a nurturing and welcoming environment. Throughout my time in early childhood education, I have had many roles, starting from assistant educator and then working my way up to lead educator, educational leader, 31C, assistant centre manager and now centre manager. There is a culture of mutual, professional respect and many opportunities for individual educators to take on leadership roles. Children are also supported with our intentional teaching program that is based off the age based ACEQUA developmental checklists. No matter what age and ability your child is when they take their first steps into our centre, we ensure that every child and family feels welcome, safe and secure. Speak to our Family Support Team to start your enrolment process or enquire about availability at our centres.
