In our nursery environment, educators focus on building strong, secure and respectful relationships so babies feel safe, settled and supported as they explore the world around them. Our evidence-based Rhythm and Movement for Self-Regulation (RAMSR) program is designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. It is an innovative approach to holistic learning, development and well-being in early childhood. Children build confidence for school through play-based learning, routines, friendships, early literacy, numeracy and growing independence. Every staff in here put every effort into creating a community that nurtures and uncovers each child’s personality. I started as an Assistant Educator, later progressing to Assistant Centre Manager, and I am now proud to be the Centre Director. My goal is to provide families with the same welcoming and supportive experience I felt when I first walked through the doors as a parent. Our experienced multicultural team includes educators early learning centre near pakenh who have been with the centre since opening. These long-term relationships help children feel settled and give families a team that understands their child’s routines, interests and personality. Watching group time has been a core memory for me, her confidence is blooming.

This fee offset is applied directly to families' fees and is in addition to any applicable Child Care Subsidy, helping reduce the overall cost of early learning. The Child Care Subsidy is paid directly to your childcare provide reducing your daily fees. You will only be charged the Gap fee of the full fee minus your CCS entitlement.

There are 0 enforcement actions issued for this service in the past two years. For 4-year-old kindergarten, your child must turn 4 years old by 30th April in the year they are attending. For 3-year-old kindergarten, your child must turn 3 years by 30th April in the year they are attending.
By understanding each child’s unique interests and strengths, she ensures that learning experiences are both engaging and tailored to their individual needs. Erin is the passionate Service Manager at Story House Early Learning Pakenham, with over 21 years of experience in the early childhood sector and a Diploma in Children’s Services. Her love for early education began at just four years old when she told her kindergarten teacher she wanted to be just like her. She believes every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow, making each day a joyful step in their learning journey.

Please keep your child home for at least 24 hours if they show any of these symptoms. Children learn about nature through our veggie garden, mud kitchen, worm farm, and greenhouse. We also educate them about  environmental responsibility, discussing Clean Up Australia Day each January to highlight the importance of looking after the environment.
At our Pakenham centre, we provide high-quality early education and care in a nurturing and welcoming environment. Throughout my time in early childhood education, I have had many roles, starting from assistant educator and then working my way up to lead educator, educational leader, 31C, assistant centre manager and now centre manager. There is a culture of mutual, professional respect and many opportunities for individual educators to take on leadership roles. Children are also supported with our intentional teaching program that is based off the age based ACEQUA developmental checklists. No matter what age and ability your child is when they take their first steps into our centre, we ensure that every child and family feels welcome, safe and secure. I am proud to lead a nationally award-winning service (Goodstart Sustainability Award National Winner 2014). I have worked in the early learning sector for 23 years, the past 3 of which have been with Goodstart. Our in-house chef prepares breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack each day. The menu rotates regularly, includes input from families and caters for allergies, dietary requirements and cultural needs, including Halal and Kosher options.
