Our strengths focused assessments are neuroaffirmative, and our expert clinicians understand and advocate for individuality, diversity and inclusivity. Approximately 1 in 7 individuals will have a neurodivergent processing difference such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADD, ADHD and ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition). All assessments are carried out by fully registered HCPC or NMC clinicians, following NICE and SIGN guidelines to ensure robust, evidence-based and  person-centred conclusions. Jamie Green is a Communications Consultant and Welsh Labour Councillor for Whitchurch and Tongwynlais in Cardiff. Diagnosed with dyspraxia as an adult, he has been a long-time advocate for neurodiversity matters. In 2024, he successfully proposed a motion for Cardiff to become a “Neurodivergent-friendly City.” He now chairs a cross-party group focused on making both the council and the city more inclusive for neurodivergent people. People with neurodivergent traits and conditions face a range of challenges across our society, including finding employment, increased likelihood of mental health diagnoses, and trouble accessing public services. In September 2018 the Welsh Government made a series of commitments to improve autism services.
